BREAKING NEWS: Days After a Warning From Amherst to Clean Up Its Act, More Violence at Chuck E. Cheese’s at Harlem and Sheridan

A 17-year-old employee at the Chuck E. Cheese’s in Amherst — which in recent months has drawn scrutiny for disputes turned violent — was taken to Oishei Children’s Hospital after she was assaulted Saturday afternoon, according to police radio transmissions.

Emergency responders were called to the restaurant at Harlem Road and Sheridan Drive, where they found the young woman with injuries to her face and head. The extent of the injuries was unknown, but she was transported to the hospital by ambulance.

Amherst Police said they had no details about the incident just before 4 p.m. other than police were still investigating what happened.

Two witnesses who had been attending a child’s birthday party there said it appeared to be an altercation between two employees.

    Enough already. This place for hooliganism has an amusement license AND a liquor license. Just who is in charge here. Fights and stabbings in a place for ten yr olds. Shut them down. The tb, cops and theSLA have some splaining to do .
