Site of Crow’s Nest Tavern in Getzville Eyed For Mixed-Used Development

CrDi Development plans to build a pair of 20,000-square-foot, two-story buildings, with retail and commercial on the first floors and 18 total apartments on the second.

Scott Croce and Chris Di Re paid $375,000 this month for 315 Campbell Blvd., at Dodge Road, according to Croce and the deed.

Croce said he approached owner Brenda Chamberlain with an unsolicited purchase offer a year ago before reaching a deal in recent months. The Crow’s Nest closed a few weeks ago.

Croce said he hopes the Amherst Planning Board will review the project in August. Work would start this year and take about eight months.

This is the third property Croce and Di Re have purchased in Amherst recently.
