June 14, 2018

I filed a  FOIL sheet in the Town of Amherst for any and all information and paperwork the town has on the JOLLY BOYS connection with OLD HOME DAYS in 2017 or 2018.  Below is the Town Clerk’s reply.

Reply to my FOIL from the Amherst Town Clerk Marjory Jaeger

There are no contracts, agreements or any type of paperwork between the Jolly Boys, Old Home Days and the Town of Amherst for 2017 or 2018.  In fact a search of our records indicates that there has never been any contracts or agreements between the Town and the Jolly Boys or Old Home Days.  If you have any questions, please feel free to call my office.

If Kulp had any balls..he would put an IMMEDIATE stop to ANY functions. promotions, associated or supported with Town of Amherst
UNTIL ALL questions regarding it’s transparency and legitimacy have been answered…Seems Kulp has started to become part of the problem regarding Town govt, rather than the answer as he promoted himself to be in his campaign!

Did you contact the Village of Williamsville since Island Park is under their control?
Also have you reviewed the Jolly Boys website? The APD also protects the village, so any agreements for protection MAY be unilateral between the Town of Amherst & the Village

Walt, I did contact the Village and got some info from them. I have also seen different websites concerning the Jolly Boys. Jim T
